Bookings are only confirmed on full (100%) payment. Partial payments do not secure your slot — the date may remain open for other clients.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session qualify for a full refund (less transaction charges and fees). Cancellations after the 48-hour window are charged 50% of the payment as a cancellation fee.
Yes — subject to studio availability. Speak to the on-site administrator and any extension is billed at the standard hourly rate for that studio.
A Live Production Crew is available as an add-on (priced separately). Let us know during booking and we’ll prepare the crew for your session.
Yes — on-site parking is available. For larger teams contact us in advance to confirm overflow arrangements.
You are responsible for any damages incurred during your booking. Notify the studio administration of any pre-existing damage before starting your session.
