**Safety & Damages**
- Pre-existing damages: notify Zedx studio administration of any pre-existing damages before starting your session.
- Client accountability: you are responsible for any damages incurred during your booking. Please handle the studio and its equipment with care.
- Personal belongings: ensure you take all personal items with you when leaving. Zedx is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
**Cancellation Policy**
- Booking confirmation: bookings are only confirmed upon full (100%) payment. Partial payments do not secure your slot, and the date may remain open for other clients.
- Full refund eligibility: cancellations within 48 hours of the booked session qualify for a full refund (less transaction charges, fees, and cost).
- Late cancellations: for cancellations made after 48 hours of the booked session, 50% of the payment shall be charged as a cancellation fee. The balance shall be paid into an account of the client's choosing (less transaction charges, fees, and cost).
- No-show policy: the fee paid for the session shall not be returned, provided notice was not given before the no-show.
- Advance notice: notify us of cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late notification fees: failure to provide adequate notice may incur additional fees to secure a new booking date.
- Refund timeline: approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours and credited to the original payment method (less transaction fees or cost).
**Extensions and Overtime**
- Availability: extensions are subject to studio availability and must be requested in advance.
- Time management: exceeding the booked time may involve staff intervention and shall incur additional charges.
- Advance arrangements: requests for early access or late openings must be made at least one week in advance and are subject to availability and (where applicable) extra fees.
- Packaging time: a 15-minute window is allowed for packing and system orientation.
**Content Standards**
Content created or recorded at Zedx Original studios must adhere to the following standards:
- Legal compliance: content must not be illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Intellectual property: content must respect third-party intellectual property rights.
- Appropriateness: content must not be defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
- Prohibition of discrimination: content must not promote violence or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or age.
**Session Length**
- Duration: clients are encouraged to arrive timeously. Sessions are limited to the booked time slot. Exceeding the allotted time shall incur a charge of 40% of the initial session fee for every extra 5 minutes spent.
- Additional time: additional time requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and fees.
- Early completion: completing a session early does not qualify for a refund or fee reduction.
